Jennifer Lopez played out a medley of “This Land Is Your Land” and “America the Beautiful” during the inauguration ceremony for President Joe Biden.
Following Lady Gaga’s version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the U.S. State house, Lopez conveyed an interpretation of the Woody Guthrie’s exemplary society melody that segued into a shortened adaptation of the devoted hymn “America the Beautiful,” prior to repeating “This Land Is Your Land” to finish off the initiation execution.
