This past year has been one of the craziest roller coasters we have all experienced. Some of us did not expect this to drag on for over a year. Luckily, I came across Mr. Nick E. Stahl’s health and wellness website called UnSTAHLable. Nick, being a Penn State Kinesiology alumni was enough background I needed on him. I found him to be a real fanatic for anything health related. The knowledge he has acquired and information put forth on his website became the perfect place for me to go to with all the extra spare time I have had during this pandemic. It has allowed me to expand my own consciousness and become more grounded.
Nick, also to be found as @nickstahlofficial, is on just about every social media site you can think of, from Instagram to YouTube and even his own website mentioned earlier, UnSTAHLAble. What I find most admirable about Nick was his passion. He had a dream to be a star in the fitness industry and I now see him as one in multiple areas. His site is very specific. It is designed to help you improve in all aspects of your lifestyle. I can say with certainty that Nick puts as much effort into UnSTAHLable as he has with everything else in his fitness career. From diet to training and motivation.
Nick Stahl is one of those guys I like to think of as having the “one up,” attitude. He is not contemptuous with succeeding just once and always strives to accomplish more and be a better person. He provides lots of free, valuable information on UnSTAHLable.com and other social media platforms. He loves to help build people up, and I respect him for that.
