Detroit Lions are releasing RB Kerryon Johnson

The Detroit Lions are releasing running back Kerryon Johnson, as per various reports.

Detroit drafted the former Auburn champion in the second round in 2018. Johnson got superfluous after the group drafted D’Andre Swift No. 35 generally speaking in 2020, marked free-agent running back Jamaal Williams in March and drafted Oregon State’s Jermar Jefferson a week ago.
