Dr Khushboo Kapoor is the girl who hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan. She is the only child of her single mother Mrs. Asha Kapoor. She has struggled very hard to attain a position where she is now. She made her own way in the profession which was not so popular in those days when she started her career.
She initiated her career at the age of 12, the time when her parents got separated and she had to come to Jaipur from Delhi with her mother.
Dr. Khushboo Kapoor used to be a very shy and conservative child. The journey from being an introvert to an extrovert and to the most sought after public speaker, motivational guru, team building expert, Emcee, TV anchor, Radio Jockey and DJ was not so easy.
Her first payment was Rs 50 for a voice over for a TV channel. Her motto was to work hard and to level up after every step.
The first time when she appeared on Television was for a TV advertisement for which she worked day and night but never received her payment. People used to fool her on payments. She used to be a very innocent child, Even after the work being done, people used to give her cheques and the cheques used to get bounced.
Her journey in modeling started with a kid’s fashion show, this was the first time she walked on-ramp. Later, she received the titles of Model of the year, Best Ramp Walk, Ms. Beautiful smile, Ms. Beautiful Hair and many more.
As time passed on, she started doing events as an Emcee parallel with Television and Radio. She has received the Best RJ of Rajasthan award in a statewide contest amongst millions of entries when private Fm Channels first came to Rajasthan. She worked for 95 FM Tadka during its launch period. But later on, she found that her inner calling is to be on stage and to entertain her audience.
Her first stage show made her a confident anchor. She never looked behind. Till now, Dr. Khushboo Kapoor has hosted more than 4000 + shows in more than 60+ countries.
She has been the official host for Champions League 20 20, IPL, one-day cricket International Tournaments and BCCI, and RCA official events.
She took over the Djing scene in India as a storm as she had the courage and will to do something great in her life by choosing this unconventional career.
