Interviewer: Stefania, you’ve made a significant impact in the wellness space. Can you tell us how your journey began?
Stefania Zois: Absolutely! My passion for wellness started with a deep desire to help people feel and look their best. I trained as a licensed medical aesthetician and later became a master postoperative lymphatic massage practitioner. My expertise led me to open my own medi-spa, where I focused on transformative treatments that not only heal the body but also nurture the soul.
But I knew that I wanted to do more—I wanted to reshape the industry and provide a truly holistic experience that goes beyond the traditional spa setting. That’s how Body Krush was born.
Interviewer: What makes Body Krush different from other wellness centres?
Stefania Zois: At Body Krush, we focus on a holistic approach to well-being. I believe that true wellness is a blend of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Every treatment we offer is tailored to support our clients from the inside out.
For example, when someone comes in for a postoperative treatment, we’re not just focusing on physical recovery—we’re also helping them regain their confidence and sense of self. It’s about empowerment, transformation, and care that goes far beyond the surface.
Interviewer: You didn’t stop with Body Krush—you also launched Krush Shapewear. What inspired that venture?
Stefania Zois: Krush Shapewear was born out of necessity. Many of my clients who underwent surgical procedures needed high-quality, effective compression wear for their recovery. But the products available on the market were either uncomfortable, poorly designed, or lacked elegance and confidence-boosting elements.
So, I decided to create my own line—one that combines cutting-edge technology, luxury, and comfort. Krush Shapewear isn’t just about shaping the body; it’s about helping people feel beautiful, supported, and confident in their healing journey and beyond.
Interviewer: You recently announced plans to expand Body Krush in 2025. What can you tell us about that?
Stefania Zois: Yes! We’re opening two new locations in 2025, which is incredibly exciting. While I can’t reveal the exact cities just yet, I can say that our goal is to make holistic wellness more accessible and bring our transformative approach to even more people.
This expansion is a testament to our mission—to help people heal, grow, and feel empowered through every stage of their journey.
Interviewer: You’ve built a wellness empire, but what’s next for you?
Stefania Zois: There’s always more to do! Right now, I’m working on a book that focuses on self-awareness and personal transformation, which I hope will inspire even more people beyond our spa doors.
I also want to continue innovating within the wellness space, whether it’s through new treatments, expanding Krush Shapewear, or bringing more education and resources to the community.
At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to help people feel empowered in their own skin.
