Not only they are the proud founders of two esteem companies, but also, how they started of with their own Government authorised News Portal in this pandemic.

Question-

1. When did you guys realise that “Entrepreneurship is the call of your soul”?

Sataparna:

I started my journey initially as a content writer and the only thing which I noticed when I started working at an early age was that I wanted to have something which I can call my own. Something where my decisions, call will be of greater value and something which will make me feel good. I never wanted to feel tired after working. The only way to do it was to do something which I really want”.

2. When did you guys realise that it needs to be a Digital Marketing company only? And how did you decide to start it?

Mayukh:

To be honest, there was a market gap of good marketers. Digital Marketing and branding are the most prospective subjects of the upcoming time but what was more important is- delivering quality over quantity. This is something which made us feel that let’s start with something which has the maximum potential in the future as well as where we can deliver quality and preferences parallelly

3. We already have an overview of The Urban Millennial. Let me share the website for the readers. Now, how did you guys plan to bridge the brand ahead?

Sataparna:

So to be really honest, lockdown has been very productive for both of us.

As we didn’t get the chance to go out much and travel due to the lockdown, we planned to be a platform with stories and brand tales and share the nook hook of all of it to everyone. That’s how the new brand was born.”

4. How hard was it to start with the second brand, like balancing magazines?

Mayukh:

You already know, how the media industry is? Generally people don’t consider web portals that way authentic. So I was very particular about the documentation and getting all the nitty gritties right from the beginning.

Fortunately, we got registered under the Government Web Portals and now we are having our own Press cards and press identification.

Secondly, I feel we had to make story telling come up in a way that not only people like the stories but the way of learning gets more enjoyable and simplified. And lastly I feel, when you say maintaining a name, it’s more about the relationship you have with your clients which we have successfully maintained due to the love for work not solely because of making a brand name.”

5. Would you like to reveal any secret or surprises for our readers specially about Millennial Xpress?

Sataparna:

So, we are going to soon have our online and offline magazine version. We are working on circulating it Internationally and Nationally. More details will be shared with time.” She ended with a smile.

6. Coming to struggles, any struggle which you would like to share, which will make our readers more inspired?

Mayukh:

As you need different flavours for your taste buds, same ways struggles have its own significance. I feel that the start of lockdown was a struggle in itself. But, we humans have this amazing skill of survival and getting accustomed to the adversities. The same happened and we found our way out, bigger than before.

Lastly, I would love to share that uncertainity is something which will stay throughout your life (like covid happened) but you should have faith on your strengths, weakness and skillset.

7. How has been the journey of Millennial Xpress till now?

Sataparna:

Honestly, the legal work was really tiring and time taking whereas, I loved the process of connecting with so many wonderful people Pan India. Loved connecting with such eminent people from different industries. Will be unveiling the clientele soon”.

8. How hard is to balance your personal and professional life as partners?

Mayukh:

“We both are opinionated individuals. We do have our arguments but the best part is that it always concludes with learning and a better lesson to take forward. We are very happy with each other and proud of our skill-sets.”

9. Anything you want to say to the young Entrepreneurs!

Sataparna:

Don’t do something just because everyone is doing and it seems cool. Take up a career or do anything only when you feel that you want it (dilse). Don’t rush. Don’t match your timelines with others. Be happy.”

10. What are your plans ahead?

Mayukh:

The best part about life is that it’s uncertain and I love the way it is.

Life makes us, builds us and evolves us. With all our trial and error, we aim to serve our best in whatever we do. For the rest of the plans, we would share it when we are interviewed the next time.” he smirked.

It was really wonderful connecting to this wonderful Power Duo. We are eagerly waiting to see their work reach manifolds. Sharing their website of Millennial Xpress below. The offline and online versions of their magazine will be live soon. Till then, stay tuned!
