When Vijay Deverakonda thought back to a period when he would do “anything” for 10,000: It was essential

In a previous interview, Vijay Deverakonda, who turns 34 on May 9, reflected on the times when he had to take on work in order to survive.

Actor Vijay Deverakonda, last seen in the 2022 film Liger, is eagerly awaiting the release of Kushi, his upcoming Telugu movie starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The actor, whose birthday is May 9, can now choose his ventures carefully. However, he used to accept all kinds of gigs when he first entered the field in order to make 10,000. Money used to be a necessity, but it is no longer a deciding factor in his professional choices.

“Now money doesn’t excite me,” he continued. Because I need to get paid for what I do, it is still crucial. I am aware of my worth, and I will only work if it is met. But it doesn’t influence how decisions are made. Even if you show me obscene amounts of money I will not do something I don’t like.”

Vijay revealed his newest movie, provisionally named VD 12, last week. The Telugu film, which also stars Sreeleela, will be directed by Jersey (2019) filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri. In the movie, Vijay is believed to portray a policeman.
