Complete Specifications of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro Have Leaked Ahead of December Launch

For the impending release of the iQOO Neo 9 series smartphones in China, iQOO has been posting teasers on Weibo. The smartphone models in the Neo 9 series are the iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The smartphones will launch in China in December, the company recently confirmed. It is anticipated that the brand will launch its final smartphone model in China in 2023, the Neo 9 series.

The iQOO 12 5G smartphone will soon be available in Indian and international markets, according to iQOO. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro smartphone was recently spotted by the MySmartPrice team on the 3C certification website. The Neo 9 Pro smartphone’s model number and fast charging capacity are disclosed by its 3C certification. Reliable tipster Yogesh Brar has now disclosed all of the details regarding the upcoming Neo 9 Pro smartphone.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro Anticipated Features

In a recent post on X (previously Twitter), Yogesh Brar mentions that the iQOO Neo 9 will have a 6.78-inch OLED display. The 6.78-inch OLED display on the prior iQOO Neo 8 Pro smartphone featured a refresh rate of 120Hz. However, based on Brar’s leak, iQOO will give the device a higher refresh rate panel this time around, at 144Hz.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, which is based on a 4nm process, will power the device. Vivo just unveiled the Vivo X100 series of smartphones, which use the same MediaTek flagship chipset. Three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0GHz, one Cortex-X4 core at 3.25GHz, and a Mali-G720 Immortalis MP12 GPU are all present in the chipset.

Out of the box, the smartphone will run Origin OS 4, which is based on Android 14. The smartphone’s worldwide release has not yet been confirmed by iQOO. Prior to this, the iQOO Neo 8 Pro smartphone was exclusive to the Chinese market. Brar does, however, make a suggestion that iQOO may introduce the product to other markets. The device’s international variants will ship with Funtouch OS 14, which is preinstalled on Android 14.

The Q1 Supercomputing chipset, which iQOO integrated with the flagship iQOO 12 5G smartphone, will also be included in the iQOO Neo 9. Improved gaming performance will be possible with the device thanks to the Q1 Supercomputing chipset. The gadget will have an IR blaster and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device will have two rear cameras, according to the brand’s teasers.

Using a Samsung sensor, the secondary 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens will use a 50MP Sony IMX 920 camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), according to the tipster. With support for 120W wired fast charging technology, the smartphone will be powered by a sizable 5000mAh battery. Support for 120W wired fast charging technology was validated by the 3C certification of the model V2339A.

Dual-colored rear panels will make their debut on this device, according to iQOO’s teasers. Right-hand controls include the volume rockers and power button. The top is where the secondary noise cancellation microphone and infrared sensor are located. The bottom of the device displays the SIM card tray, speaker grille, primary microphone, and USB Type-C port.
