China launched a high-orbit internet services satellite into space on Thursday from the Sichuan Province’s Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the southwest of the country.
The satellite was successfully placed into its predetermined orbit after being launched aboard a Long March-3B carrier rocket at 9:03 p.m. (Beijing Time).
This was the Long March carrier rocket series’ 510th launch.
