Dan Martin Paul shares the benefits of walking to live a fit lifestyle

There goes a popular saying that states, “What you seek is seeking you.” And that applies not just to your passions, but also to those little achievements, big conquests, and the lifestyle you lead. Put it out in the universe, then work for it, and you will definitely get what you are looking out for.

But with the hectic lifestyles that we currently lead, we are spending most of our time in front of the screen, plonked on the comfiest couch, on our way to become one. But fitness expert Dan Martin Paul has a solution, the easiest one. The Canada-based fitness enthusiast focuses on the importance of walking to live a healthy lifestyle.

“Just walk! If you are on a work call that doesn’t require you to be on video, put on your earphones and pace around your room. If you are watching a show after dinner, instead of lying down, walk around your room for 15 minutes. Sit, of course, but walk even more,” says Dan.

Dan began his fitness journey when he was just 18. His goal was to influence people to adopt a healthier lifestyle that will help them in the longer run. The 27-year-old has been on the move and credits a part of his fitness achievement to walking. He goes by the philosophy that when it comes to making drastic lifestyle changes, he asserts that there is no substitute for hard work. Dan also states that an individual must work out every day, even if it’s just for 30 minutes.

“If you can’t include a high-intensity workout daily, wear your workout shoes and get walking. Don’t monitor your steps or check the time. Keep a target of walking till you don’t feel drained. Do this a few times a week and gradually increase the distance, and reduce the time, and you won’t need to hit the gym. Just walk, and your body will thank you,” he further added. Besides his love for workouts, Dan Martin Paul is a great entrepreneur and the owner of a fitness apparel brand named DMP Fitness that he aims to expand in the coming time.
