- Samay thank you for savoring some time for us amidst your overrunning schedule. We would love to hear about your journey in the industry as of today.
I (Samay) want to thank you for having me over and for your appraisive words and kind gestures. Speaking of my journey in the industry, there’s no word enough to sum up my experience. It is like this keeps me alive, relishing every part of me. Though there exists a carol of day and night, one has to struggle in whatever field you choose. So yes, my hard work is really paying off. I’m elated to be a part of this industry savoring love from the people.
- What was your push in choosing this path?
I’ve been drawn to music since I was a kid. I’ve been learning to play guitar, piano and many other instruments from the age of 4. Getting into music production I started writing songs. I left my graduation amidst to give a full time to music and chase after my hobbies.
- Your biggest run you would like to mention?
Laut Aaja is my first written song that became my debut as a lyricist. And I think it is my biggest achievement commemorating a world-wide hit and such responsive viral. I never expected that my debut would do that well. Madhav Mahajan decided to do the song just after hearing a rough sample.
- What motivates and keeps your spirit high?
The love I receive from the audience is a big push for me. It helps me to be better than before. Sideways, Showkidd is my mentor. He has been an elder brother to me helping me correct various flaws and giving me a wide coverage to test my up-holdings.
- Being the sensation what message will you like to leave for your fans?
I’m grateful to all you guys for showering abundant love. I cherish each one of you. And I hope I live up to your mark and keep you entertained and in love with my work. You have a vital role in what I’m today.
