As indicated by Down Detector, a site that tracks web blackouts, clients revealed issues with signing in, worker association and Outlook. The personal time started around 5 pm ET for Office 365, as indicated by the site.

Microsoft at first credited the blackout to an ongoing change to the stage, yet later demonstrated it was “not watching an expansion in fruitful associations in the wake of moving back an ongoing change.
