Moto X50 Ultra AI Phone Teaser Features Formula 1 Car, Launch Imminent

The first race of the Formula 1 2024 season will take place in Bahrain tomorrow. The first teaser for Motorola’s Moto X50 Ultra smartphone, which features an F1 car, has also been released. In the teaser for the device, which it calls the “Moto X50 Ultra AI Phone,” the Lenovo-owned company has also highlighted AI. However, given that 2024 appears to be the year that smartphones finally incorporate AI, this is not shocking.

The Moto X50 Ultra may make its debut on April 21st, as the Weibo post containing the teaser mentions the F1 China GP. Over the next few days, more teasers for the new Moto phone should become available.

The Moto X40, which debuted in China in December of last year, may give way to the Moto X50 Ultra. However, since the Moto X40 Ultra does not exist, the nomenclature is unclear. It is also unclear if the Moto X50 Ultra will only be available in China and will go by a different name when it launches in other regions. The Moto X series typically makes its debut in international markets, including India, under the Edge brand. More official announcements from the brand should provide clarity shortly.

Regarding the Moto X50 Ultra, not much is known. But judging from the teaser, generative AI will likely be a major focus. Companies like Samsung, OPPO, and OnePlus are also utilizing AI in smartphones to facilitate users’ completion of intricate tasks with greater ease.
