In the Indian market, the Poco X6 series is about to be released by Xiaomi’s spin-off brand Poco. Today, that is, on January 11 at 5:30 PM local time, the Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro will make their India debut. Parallel to its global premiere is the series’ debut in India. Starting tonight at 8:00 PM on Flipkart, pre-booking for the Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro will begin. Poco is also introducing the M6 Pro in international markets; however, India will have to wait for this comparatively inexpensive device.

Features and specs of the Poco X6 series

For some time now, Poco has been hinting at the launch of the Poco X6 series in India and around the world. Important specifications have been revealed. For example, it has been confirmed that the Poco X6 Pro will come with a 64-megapixel primary camera with an optically stabilised lens and MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 Ultra. With Poco “placing” the phone strategically on Big Boss, the full design of the phone has also been made public. Additionally, the Poco X6 Pro is scheduled to be the first phone to debut in India running Xiaomi HyperOS. In the meantime, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 will be available for the Poco X6.

While it is anticipated that the Poco X6 will primarily be based on the Redmi Note 13 Pro, leaks indicate that the Poco X6 Pro will actually be a rebranded Redmi K70E. The Poco X6, which is only available online, might be less expensive than the Redmi, even though the Poco X6 Pro might cost about the same as the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus.
