During the production of Love Aaj Kal 2, Sara was rumoured to be dating Kartik, but the two allegedly broke up soon after.

Kartik Aaryan is now preparing for the premiere of Freddy, a movie that also stars Alaya F. The romantic-thriller drama, directed by Shashanka Ghosh, is set to debut on Disney Plus Hotstar on December 2. He will appear in Shehzada, a movie with Kriti Sanon, the following year. The film will be released on February 10. In addition, he will star alongside Kiara Advani in Satyaprem Ki Katha, which will be released in theatres on June 29.
