The OPPO Reno11 Series Arrives in Malaysia with a Starting Price of RM1,899

The new Reno11 series has been formally introduced by OPPO in Malaysia. In the Reno series, the mid-range lineup is the newest. The local versions differ slightly from their Chinese counterparts in terms of specs, most notably the processors.

The 6.7-inch 1080p OLED display on the Reno11 has a peak brightness of 950 nits and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Rather than the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 found inside the Chinese version, the Malaysian model is powered by a Dimensity 7050 chipset that has 256GB of internal storage, 12GB of RAM, and a microSD card slot for expansion.

In terms of imaging, it has a 32MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS. Both phones have a 32MP selfie camera, but only the Pro’s has autofocus. In terms of batteries, it has a 5,000mAh capacity and 67W charging.

The Reno11 Pro shares its identical 6.7-inch OLED display with its vanilla sibling, operating at 120Hz. With 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, it is powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset, which is different from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset found in the Chinese version.

A 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera with OIS, a 32MP telephoto lens with a 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens make up the photography setup. It is powered by a 4,600mAh smaller battery that supports faster 80W charging.

The Reno11 is priced at RM1,899, while the Reno11 Pro is available for RM2,499 in price. The series introduces ColorOS 14, which is built on Android 14 and will be progressively released to other OPPO phones this year.
