What surprised you most about starting your own business?
I was shocked by how difficult it was. There’s so much to manage between growing the business and running it. I knew it would be challenging, but there were even more obstacles than I could have imagined.
What have you sacrificed to get to where you are today?
I’ve had to give up quality time with those I care about. I try to keep a good balance, but when you’re trading, running a business, and teaching others, it can be tough. I have to give up time somewhere if I’m going to do it all.
What exciting developments are happening at LucidFX?
We just launched our funding program, which funds our students’ trading. I have a lot of other ideas, like building out more one-on-one opportunities or bootcamps. I’d like to host meetups with my students at some point. Mostly, I want to find more ways of helping my students achieve their goals and thrive in forex trading.
