Introducing Rumour, an amazing musician with a very successful work life. He is a very enthusiastic and interesting personality who unlike the majority of normal people manages flawlessly to contribute equal time to both his profession and passion. The profession is a service in DC where he keeps the track of his department to help his co-workers and affiliates and passion being music, he manages to ace it all. His profession is a Union in DC called AFSCME where him and his co-workers protect public service workers around the country. Rumour makes sure these public service workers have great benefits, equal pay and are treated fairly in their respective workplaces. When it comes to his profession and passion, he manages to ace it all.
Born in Brandywine, Maryland, Rumour attended a catholic school called St. Johns, then finished his education with a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Maryland University College. At an early age he dreamed of becoming a musician and it started when he watched the movie “School of Rock”. He fell in love with music through this movie and it is what he considers the beginning of a beautiful journey through music. He started learning guitar, piano, drums and finally his vocals.
On asking Rumour about his favorite artist, he said “Blackbear is my favorite, I listen to him religiously… I can’t explain it but I can feel every word”. It is something that pushes him every day to go on with his life. There’s always a mentor in a person’s life that helps them guide and learn new things in the relevant field, here Aliem Jumpp has played that role in the life of Rumour. Rumour mentions that Alien Jumpp is his manager and mentor who has taught him everything he knows today when it comes to the music industry. On asking Rumour about his favourite artist, he said “BlackBear xis the one, I listen to him religiously. I can’t explain it but I can feel every word he says.” Rumour himself believe music has the power of healing people, he mentioned listening to music motivates him and whenever he listens to Blackbear “I get so hyped and get the urge to write music”.
Rumour has faced several ups and downs in his career like every person on this planet, but he never lost hope. He always kept his head high and continued surviving for more with his strong willpower and determination to never stop creating music and also for the dream of becoming an amazing husband and a father. Rumour is one such person that more and more people all across the world should know about. With the never give up attitude and an ambitious mind, he continues to reach new heights of success.
