The Vivo V40 SE 5G and Vivo V30 SE will soon be available on Bluetooth SIG

Vivo is developing several upcoming smartphones at the same time, including the Vivo V40 Lite, also known as the Vivo V40 SE 5G, and the Vivo V30 Series. These smartphones have been mentioned in the media due to various rumors, leaks, or listings for official certification. The Vivo V40 SE 5G with model code V2337 and the Vivo VS30 SE with model code V2349 showed up on Bluetooth SIG, suggesting that the routine is far from over. This listing appears to indicate that both smartphones have Bluetooth 5.0.

Other details about both smartphones are not included in the listing. A few days ago, the official teaser image for the Vivo V30 Series was leaked, which suggests that the release of both smartphones is about to happen. All three models in the series—the Vivo V30, Vivo V30 Pro, and Vivo V30 Lite (which was introduced in Malaysia)—were listed on NCC certification, Bluetooth SIG, and Geekbench. Following the Vivo V40 SE 5G’s model code V2337—which includes Bluetooth SIG—the Vivo V40 Lite also managed to make it into the IMEI database.

An additional leak reveals the Vivo V30 series poster, offering an early look at the upcoming phones’ designs. A square-shaped camera module on the back and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the middle are visible in the poster. According to the leaked poster, the device has a curved display panel, thin bezels, and a prominent top notch and chin.

The Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro are currently the focus of attention, as the Vivo V30 Lite 5G was previously introduced in Malaysia. The newly released Vivo V30 Lite 5G provides a preview of what the Vivo V40 Lite 5G might have to offer. With an astounding peak brightness of 1,150 nits, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a 6.67-inch curved-edge AMOLED E4 display with Full HD+ resolution, this model has it all. With 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM, the Snapdragon 695 processor powers the V30 Lite 5G.

It is powered by a sturdy 4,800mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging and runs Android 13 with FunTouch OS 13. The V30 Lite 5G’s camera setup consists of a 64MP primary sensor at the front, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. A punch-hole cutout conceals a 50MP front camera, ensuring visually appealing selfies.

The Vivo V30 surfaced on multiple certifications, adding to the excitement. The most recent one, from NBTC in Thailand, suggested that the device might launch in February or by the end of this month. The 6.78-inch curved-edge AMOLED display, which is anticipated to have a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz, may be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. A notable addition to Vivo’s smartphone lineup is suggested by additional sightings, such as those reported by Bluetooth SIG and Geekbench, which add to the growing conjecture surrounding the V30 series.
