Training over 1,000 students in his  Volta Tour, Samuel Kwame Boadu applauded as Best Young Entrepreneur in Ghana

Worried by the growing rate of unemployment among youths, especially graduates of high school education in the country, Samuel Kwame Boadu as part of SamBoad Business Group Limited Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commenced its youth empowerment program, targeting final year students and through that trained over 1,000 students in his “YES YOU CAN VOLTA TOUR” in the Volta Region of Ghana boosting their entrepreneurial mindset in Ghana.

The over 1000 final year students were drawn from 5 major Senior High School in the Volta Region including one from Accra, which is Action Progressive Institute.

The initiative according to an employee at SamBoad Business Group Limited was aimed at preparing participants for immediate entry into the entrepreneurial world incase they cant find a job to do right after Senior High School equipping them with the new market-aligned knowledge, soft skills, business tools, and a mindset re-orientation that will make them suitable and qualify for their chosen entrepreneurial journey in the technology-driven world now.
 
Samuel Kwame Boadu explained that the selected schools with their participants were equipped core areas as Soft Skills, Resume Writing, Work Etiquettes, Presentation and Pitching, Corporate E-mail Drafting, Negotiations Skills, finding your passion, raising capital and Entrepreneurship Skills development.

Samuel Kwame Boadu further explained that SamBoad Business Group Limited came up with this initiative to up-skill youths in Ghana, and also introduce them with study online opportunities as well, equipping them with all necessary skills that would not only make them employable and highly competitive in the competitive global market though they striving to be entrepreneurs but also make their services highly essential for national economic growth, thus remain relevant in the 21st-century global digital economy when there are no jobs available
 
He said: “… We have equally designed an all-inclusive entrepreneurship programme that will teach participants how to launch and run a successful new business of their own, with an in-depth knowledge of business development strategies and risk factors that will help them to stabilise in the competitive global markets.” Samuel Kwame Boadu, who appealed to participants to continuously read instead of spending soo much time on social media and friends. He also advised and urged them to shun any form of evil vices that could undermine their reputations in future

 
Earlier in his remarks, Samuel Kwame Boadu hopes to get support and funding from private companies and government to help train more final year students in other regions of Ghana.
 
While commending SamBoad Business Group Limited for the initiative, the Head masters of the various Senior High School said the program would help to develop their students’ potential skills, while preparing them for the challenges required for good jobs and entrepreneurship skills.
